Visual Visitor Updates Now Available
At Visual Visitor, our goal is to provide an awesome product at an affordable price. We strive to always be responsive to our client’s needs. You’ve been talking and we’ve been listening! We have three new upgrades that are the direct result of your requests. The Company Lookup Enhancements, Enhanced GeoLookup Database, and Analytics Package are now available to you and your customers. They can all be easily found on the dashboard! Here’s what you can expect:
Company Lookup Enhancements:
We have updated again to provide available contacts within the organization of the visitor when that information is available. This can be broken out into two sections:
1. General Information about the company: Industry, Revenue, Description and Website
2. Available Contacts: Name, Title, Phone and Email.
Enhanced GeoLookup Database:
We have updated all of our registration information on public domains and IP Address ownerships across the database. As a result of this update, we are now identifying upwards of 30% more companies than before. While doing this, we are also revamping our ISP database to reduce this clutter from detracting from actual Leads/Prospects.
Analytics:
Our Analytics Dashboard has now been released to all customers! This upgrade provides additional detail on the following:
- Location
- Device of user
- Engagement (returning vs. first time; bounce rate)
- Referring Sites and Keywords
- Entry Pages and Exit Pages
